Entropy Generation and Mixed Convection of a Nanofluid in a 3D Wave Tank with Rotating Inner Cylinder

چکیده
The generation of entropy and mixed convection in a nanofluid-filled 3D wavy tank containing rotating cylinder is investigated. top surface the heated all vertical surfaces are assumed to be adiabatic, while bottom horizontal remains isothermally cold. contains solid saturated with an Al2O3–water nanofluid. numerical simulations using FEM performed for Richardson number (0.01≤Ri≤100), nanoparticle volume fraction (0≤ϕ≤0.04) oscillations (0≤N≤4). results present work given terms streamlines, isotherms local generation, as well average heat transfer Bejan number. show that low values oscillation, enhancement can achieved by increasing fraction.
